Yusuf was graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, he has an extensive experiences as HR Practitioner about more than 15 years in multinational company like Freeport Mc Moran and the international based non government organization, The Nature Conservancy, he has been trained internationally in The US and Australia and worked as part of international HR group member working cross culturally to set up HR management and corporate leadership development programs. Within the last 5 years he extensively lead corporate leadership development program in cross several international non government organization.
His specialties is develop blended learning program for some leadership competencies for many of leadership level such as a series of independent learning, challenging assignment on formulating and executing global strategy, driving organizational change and leading the enterprise, development program to strengthen leadership competencies, build strategy partnership and leverage organizational innovation and resources, Strategic thinking and development of an adaptive leadership style and organizational capability.
During the program he also involve and contribute as a trainer who delivered the module as well as a mentor for high potential managers who selected to participate the program.
He has also been involved in the global organizational development program to run organization culture survey by Denison consulting and Interstrenght modules such as interaction style, MBTI and etc.
