Concept of The Forum: Talk Show and Panel Discussion

a. Opening

  • With the targeted attendance of participants of 100 people, the event will be chaired by moderator where all the speakers will sit together at the same time before the audience.
  • Participants come in to the venue will be welcomed by an exclusive acoustic performance while they are taking seats.
  • Moderator will open the session by introducing each speaker.

b. Presentation
Each speaker will be given around 15 minutes to present their materials, could be in the form of slides presentation or direct speech.

c. Questions/ Answers

  • Acoustic band will play one song before continuing the session with questions and answers.
  • Q/A is given to the floor and can be addressed to the speakers.
  • Speakers will answer the questions in turn or as individually addressed
  • This session will take place around 2 hours
  • The moderator will then summarize the points and close the session

d. Closing & Networking

The participants will be pleased to take the beverages and snacks. They could eat, drink as well as enhance networking in a cozy ambiance.
