METHODOLOGY

The workshop is highly interactive and includes facilitated discussion, pair, trio and group work, skill practice as well as live demonstrations.

OBJECTIVES
This practical hands-on workshop and as centre experience is designed to translate best practice thinking (from global and Asian conference and practitioner “think tanks”) to practical and usable applications for talent management challenges in Indonesia | Participants will gain both an expanded knowledge of some of the best, and most current thinking around designing tools, techniques and processes for the implementation of Assessment & Development Centres as well as gaining Assessor Accreditation

• 4th Generation Assessment and Development Centres and the Future

DAY 3
• Practice and apply assessment skills and processes learned during the two-day workshop at the GML physical Development Centre:
– Review Assessment Tools | – Assessor Skill Practice | – Assessor Meeting Practice | – Post Training Assignment
• Receive personal feedback from the by GML’s consultants on their “performance” as an assessor/observer on a Development Centre
