– Basic Concept, Balance Sheets, Income Statements.

– Statement of Owners’ Equity Changes.

– Cash Flow Statement.

2. FINANCIAL STATEMENT ANALYSIS :

– Business Objectives, Return on Investment.

Sound Financial Position.

– Overall Measures approach: (Return on Investment, Investment Turnover and Profit Margin, Price/earnings Ratio, Profitability Ratios, Profit Margin, Investment Utilization Ratios, Investment Turnover, Working Capital Measures); Financial Condition Ratios: (Liquidity and Solvency, Dividend Policy).

3. WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

– (Working Capital, Inventory Management, Account Receivable Management, Cash Management);

– The Relationship of Cost and Volume: (Variable and Fixed Costs, Cost Volume Diagrams, Relation to Unit Costs, Inherent Conditions);

– Break-Even-Point Analysis: (The Profit Graphs, Break-even Volume, Operating Leverage).

4. CAPITAL BUDGETING
