How to Install an Accountability-Based Culture that Sticks

Over the past several years, Julie and Brian have noticed a decline in accountability in many companies, as well as in organizations, sports, and even families. Why? And what can be done about it? These questions, and their own step-by-step solution, led Julie and Brian to write a book about what they see as an essential ingredient of successful organizations: a culture of accountability. Julie and Brian have developed a course based upon their award-winning book, “Culture Without Accountability – WTF? What’s The Fix?”

In the course you’ll get to interact with the energetic duo and learn about typical “Accountability Killers”; The Good, The Bad and The Ugly of Accountability; and what Accountability has to do with helping an organization achieve its Strategy. Culture is an important element to this success and Brian and Julie will teach their Four Step Process to install an accountability-based culture or any other culture you may need to make your organization more successful. You’ll learn about feedback and why it’s vital to this culture change. What sets their process apart from others is they help you put things in place to make sure that your new culture sticks!
